Our BA (Hons) Events Management course offers students exciting opportunities to manage a range of different events and secure essential professional experience. Event Management roles require people who are level-headed and well-organized but also enthusiastic, creative, and dynamic. Teamwork is a crucial part of running any successful event and in the second-year students have the chance to create, develop and manage students’ live events as part of a team, working with real clients, venues, and attendees.
Festivals, meetings, conventions, exhibitions, and sports events all make up the events industry, and students will have plenty of opportunities to get a feel for various kinds of events from field trips, to attending live events and expert guest speakers.
