Laboratory for Artificial Intelligence (Lab AI)
The Laboratory for Artificial Intelligence (Lab AI) was established in 2022 as a research unit of Institute for Computational Science and Artificial Intelligence, Van Lang University. Lab AI is a research facility dedicated to advancing the field of artificial intelligence through interdisciplinary research, education, and technology transfer. The lab’s research focuses on developing algorithms and techniques for machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and robotics. The Lab AI aims to solve complex real-world problems by applying AI technologies to various domains, including healthcare, finance, transportation, and cybersecurity.
The lab’s researchers collaborate with experts from various fields, including computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, environment science, medicine and so on, to develop innovative AI solutions that can improve human life and address societal challenges. The Lab AI also provides a platform for training the next generation of AI researchers and practitioners by offering hands-on research experience, training in state-of-the-art AI technologies, and opportunities for professional development. The lab’s ultimate goal is to advance the state-of-the-art in AI and foster the responsible and ethical development and deployment of AI technologies.
