Nursing
Nursing is a profession in the health field with the task of caring, managing, and educating healthy for patients and communities. Nurses need to be equipped with adequate knowledge, skills, autonomy and responsibility in the process of coordinating multiple activities to fulfill their mission of caring, protecting the health of people. Along with the development of the world in the 4.0 era, the demand for health care is higher. The World Health Organization has stated that "Nursing and midwifery services are one of the pillars of the health care system". This statement also shows the importance of Nursing in achieving the goal of building a high-quality health system with the ability to recover, in response to the current and future needs of individual and community health care.
Within the healthcare system, Nursing plays an independent and collaborative role with other professions in providing healthcare services to patients. Patient care activities are carried out in hospitals and communities. Nurses are the ones who provide direct care to patients using nursing skills.
