Introduction

At VLU, the Economic Law major provides students with in-depth knowledge and skills in law and legal practice in business. By studying this major, students are able to research and handle legal issues posed in the practice of business activities and state management of enterprises.

Group 1: Working in state-owned enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises (FDI), and private enterprises both at home and abroad.

Group 2: Working in the system of state administrative agencies; law enforcement agencies (such as the People's Court, People's Procuracy, Judgment Enforcement Agency, Investigation Agency...); non-business units; social and political organizations.
