Introduction

At VLU, the Economic Law major provides students with in-depth knowledge and skills in law and legal practice in business. By studying this major, students are able to research and handle legal issues posed in the practice of business activities and state management of enterprises.

Our teaching, learning, and evaluating methods

Students majoring in Economic Law are taught in an open environment with diverse and advanced teaching and assessment methods.

Learning methods

Learners will study in class (70% of the time) and study online on the school's e-learning website (30% of the time). This is an effective way of learning.

Teaching methods

Applying a flipped classroom approach and blended training. In the last semester, students go to graduate practice and do the Graduation Thesis (or study alternative modules/themes).

Evaluation methods

Assessment on a scale of points and letters through assessment forms such as presentations, assignments, attendance, opinion statements, discussions, presentations, exams and essays.

Group 1: Working in state-owned enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises (FDI), and private enterprises both at home and abroad.
