The major was constructed on the basis of transferring training programs from Wageningen University – Netherland (Top #58 worldwide according to WUR, 2022). In addition, it is also 1 of the first 4 programs that receive international accreditation from AUN-QA in 2022.
The major trains engineers with capabilities to work in multinational businesses, entrepreneurs as well as domestic and international scientific/technological organizations to make contributions to activities such as constructing developmental plans for businesses, sustainable production and consumption plans, saving costs for using resources, managing and conserving the environment, treating pollution, controlling health safety, etc. The training program is designed with 2 in-depth orientations: Environmental Techniques and Managing the Environment and Climate change to fulfill the aims of sustainable development and adaptation to climate change.
