The Faculty of Environment

Having been present since the first days of Van Lang University's establishment, the Faculty of Environment currently has 1 formal undergraduate training majors, 2 Master's training majors, and 1 doctoral training major. The faculty aims to train mindful and visionary environmental engineers and environmental managers. In 2022, Environmental Engineering Technology is proud to be 1 of the first 4 majors of the University to achieve AUN-QA accreditation.

The educational philosophy of the faculty is experiential learning. From there, we train technological engineers and environmental managers who are passionate about their careers and excellent at their expertise. The Faculty designs a program that closely integrates training and scientific research, domestic connection and international cooperation so that students have a variety of future career orientations.

Every year, students of the Faculty of Environment have the opportunity to win many scholarships such as: Van Lang University study scholarship, Van Lang Environmental Alumni Club Scholarship and other business scholarships.

Faculty movement

Annual activities of the Faculty such as welcoming new students, celebrating World Environment Day 5/6, ITSM traditional program, entrepreneurship competitions, innovation of faculties, schools, cities ... are opportunities for students to apply theory in the lecture hall into practice.

Hands-on experience activities

With the goal of being learner-centered, experiential learning trips at enterprises are regularly integrated into the curriculum so that students have the opportunity to interact with the actual operation of the discipline, thereby having a clear career orientation after graduation.
