The Faculty of Nursing

The implementation of the development strategy of Van Lang University is to become a multi-disciplinary training institution that meets the diverse needs of society and international integration. In 2017, the university made a decision to establish the Faculty of Pharmacy with a plan to open majors in Pharmacy, Nursing, and Medical Technology. In 2018, the faculty admitted its first cohort of over 200 students. Along with the growth of the Van Lang education system, in 2020, the university decided to separate the faculty to create opportunities for the faculty to focus on developing majors in Nursing and Medical Laboratory Technology.

Both permanent and visiting lecturers are a team with extensive expertise and passion for the profession. They collaborate closely in teaching, sharing experiences and updating knowledge through evidence from practical operations of healthcare services and patient care.

The faculty has built a network of partnerships with over 15 practical facilities, creating a realistic environment for students to practice both professional and vocational skills.
