The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities

The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) was established according to Decision No. 20/QĐ/VL-HĐQT, dated June 14, 2018 by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Van Lang University, separating some majors from the Faculty of Public Relations and Communication. The highlight of the faculty is that it is a multi-disciplinary training unit with independence. The Faculty of SSH offers 4 bachelor's degree programs: East Asian Studies, Applied Literature, Psychology, and Social Work.

The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities focuses on providing high-quality training in the fields of East Asian Studies, Applied Literature, Psychology and Social Work to meet the increasing needs of society for social science activities, personal capacity building, and enhancing adaptability to society, optimizing types of activities in organizations and social institutions.
