We want you to make the most of your experience at VLU. It's our goal to ensure that all of our students get all the support they need whenever they need it.

Implement policies and regulations

Implement policies for learners according to current regulations at all levels: Monitor and evaluate student training, activities at the beginning of the year - beginning of the course, scholarships, rewards - discipline, tuition support, study promotion, student voting, student rules...

Carrying out administrative procedures for students

Management and settlement of administrative procedures for learners: Student enrollment, graduate students, student records management, procedures for information, guidance and certification for students, health insurance - unemployment insurance, management and issuance of student cards, student health checks, incentives, student complaints, reflections, questions...

Organizing activities and student life

Coordinate with the Youth Union - Association to organize student activities at all levels, and participate in organizing events, clubs, competitions, skill classes, and playgrounds for students.

Care services for learners: Using facilities for extra-curricular activities, managing dormitories, and accommodation for students, school health work, alumni.
