Microsoft Outlook is an email system that ensures anytime and anywhere working with built-in utilities that create an online collaborative environment for users.
- To access at http://outlook.office.com or the Outlook application.
- Fill in your username and password with the VLG email.
The WiFi network at VLU is one of the necessary utilities to serve lectures and staff in the process of working and living here. On the campus of Van Lang University, you will be able to use WiFi VLU for free.
- Go to select the WiFi network area VLID – Lectures and Staff
- Enter your VLU email address (without the extension @vanlanguni.vn) and connected.
Van Lang University deploys the Office 365 system to administrative work - office; information exchange; supporting teaching and learning activities of lectures, staff, and students.
- Download the office applications through your mail system or access the 365 Office web platforms.
- Sign in through your VLG account provided.
OneDrive is a cloud storage service that allows users to store data in a personal account, allowing access anywhere, anytime, and keeping files protected and backed up.
- Go to OneDrive with its application or web platform at https://onedrive.live.com.
- Lectures and staff can log in to OneDrive through the VLG email provided.
