VLU students learned about  the essentials of a quality portfolio

Highlighting the importance of self-awareness and personal branding, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Nam Phuong noted: “Understanding oneself is the key for young people to shape a suitable development path. Flexibility and a spirit of compromise are crucial to impress employers. Businesses are not just looking for the most outstanding candidates but those who align with their culture and development goals. Each employee, in that sense, becomes a ‘brand ambassador,’ contributing to the unique identity and collective strength of the organization”.
