Delegation of Yuan Ze University (Taiwan) visited Van Lang University
On December 11, 2023, the Honors Program Development Board, Van Lang University, met and exchanged opportunities for cooperation, organizing cultural exchange programs and transnational education programs with delegation from Yuan Ze University (Taiwan).
The delegation of Yuan Ze University visited Van Lang University including: Dr. Yi-ming Sun, Dean of the Academy of Engineering, Yuan Ze University; Dr. Chi Wei Lan, Dean of Faculty of Chemical Engineer; Dr. Nguyen Thi My Hanh, Assistant professor, Faculty of Engineering and Industrial Management. MSc. Doan Duy Thai Lam - Deputy Director of the Honors Program Development Board, and MSc. Le Thi Minh Tam, Dean of External Relations Department, representing Van Lang University to welcome the delegation.
From the Global Connectivity program, the Honors Program Development Board, Van Lang University, connected many prestigious higher-education parties all over the world, creating opportunities for cultural exchange, professional knowledge expansion and international integration for learners.
At the meeting, the two parties shared general information about the learning environment and training orientation of both sides. MSc. Doan Duy Thai Lam - Deputy Director of the Honors Program Development Board shared: “Currently, VLU’s Honors Programs is designed with the aim of training global citizens with a mindset of discovery, adaptation to change and quality standards in the integration era.” The connection with prestigious higher-education parties like Yuan Ze University will expand the learning environment and stimulate learners’ creativity and potential.
The meeting is the premise to connect Van Lang University and Yuan Ze University. With many similarities in educational mission and the desire to create an effective and optimal learning environment for learners, it is hoped that the two parties will have the opportunity to implement official cooperation activities, connecting the student community of both sides in the future.
