Her combination of theoretical knowledge and practical insights has enabled students not only to grasp foundational knowledge but also to gain a clearer understanding of the career paths they are pursuing.
Since becoming Head of the Banking Department in 2019, she has continually strived to enhance teaching quality, develop the curriculum, and create a welcoming learning environment for students. She always completes every task with meticulous attention to detail and professionalism, exemplifying both dedicate to work and expertise in her field.
Dr. Thuy has a unique ability to ignite passion and curiosity in every class, making complex concepts more accessible and relatable for students. From theoretical lessons to engaging discussions, she encourages students to ask questions, share viewpoints, and discuss personal experiences. This approach not only improves knowledge retention but also strengthens critical thinking skills, which are essential in today’s era.
Beyond her expertise, she is a devoted educator, always listening to and empathizing with students’ challenges in both academic and personal life. Her dedication and love for teaching have inspired countless generations of students, helping them gain confidence for their future journeys.
