Gwangju University Students Visited Van Lang University for Cultural Exchange

Continuing to strengthen and develop the collaborative relationship between Van Lang University (VLU) and Gwangju University (South Korea), the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Van Lang University (VLU) cordially welcomed a delegation of students from Gwangju University for a cultural exchange with students majoring in Oriental Studies on January 3, 2024.

Since 2018, Van Lang University has implemented various student exchange programs with reputable universities in South Korea, including Gwangju University, providing opportunities for studying in an international standard environment and expanding language proficiency for students.

Van Lang University became one of the destinations for the faculty and students from Gwangju University during their visit to Vietnam in early 2024. At VLU, students from both universities engaged in cultural exchange, sharing their academic experiences, discussing participation in cultural exchange programs, exchanging experiences in studying abroad, and joining internationally linked courses.

Established in 1980 in the city of Gwangju, located in South Korea, Gwangju University was the first university to implement the "Internship Support for Business" program and the "Support for Entrepreneurship" program. These initiatives provide practical and effective support for both graduates and current students in their job search.
