MSc Le Thi Phuong Loan – The journey from passion to inspiration

For students at the Faculty of Finance and Banking, Van Lang University, MSc Le Thi Phuong Loan - Head of Real Estate has become a model of enthusiasm and passion. After 15 years of teaching, she is not only an experienced lecturer but also a great source of inspiration for undergraduates in learning and developing their own career path. 

On the podium, with her passionate love, every lesson is a valuable experience from classical theory to modern practice through a great number of real situations and diversity of teaching methods to help learners enrich their understanding. Moreover, it is her special love and affection that a range of students are able to fulfill their knowledge gap. In addition, fresh colleagues would not have opportunities to improve their teaching skills unless she supported them from the beginning day.

Grasping market information from 2020, she became the leader of the train of the real estate major which overcame many challenges, welcomed hundreds of passengers every year, trained high-quality personnel for the market, met domestic and foreign criteria and needs. It is all programs and activities associated with the business that learners gain the practical experience right on the first semester and foster their work spirit.

Not only in teaching but also in extracurricular activities, she usually plays the role of leader from arts to sports so she strongly encourages the unbroken inner self from colleagues to students. With the motto of cohesion in the working environment, she is always a pioneer in leading the establishment of teams and clubs to create connections, shortening the gap between lecturers and students after stressful class and creating a proactive psychology in communication among learners. Most recently, she is a model of endurance and perseverance in running when each "finished run” shows the qualities of her perseverance, discipline and determination.

Besides, MSc Le Thi Phuong Loan is also an inspiration in her personal development path. Realizing the importance of lifelong learning, she always considers broadening herself awareness and skills to be a primary mission and her plan is detailed every stage. The journey from passion to inspiration has affirmed her personal brand, proving that today's actions will be marked in the future as Mahatma Ghandi said.
