Over the course of 11 fulfilling years at Van Lang University, her educational journey, speckled with challenges, has provided endless encouragement and immense joy.

The support and affection of her students bolster her daily life, inspiring her to foster an environment where every student can maximize their potential. Recognizing the profound impact a lecturer can have, she operates with sincerity and commitment, investing in the holistic development of students. Her insights from the finance and banking sector don't just bring updated theoretical knowledge, but also prepare students with soft skills needed for the competitive job market.

Within the Faculty of Finance and Banking, her role as the Union's Group Leader facilitates networking and collaboration among peers. She actively participates with colleagues and students in cultural, athletic, and community service initiatives, aspiring to instill unity and responsibility that contribute to a positive workplace and a thriving learning environment. With her colleagues, she promotes respect and offers unwavering support, sharing her expertise to enhance their performance. With students, aspires to deliver energized and engaging learning sessions that radiate positivity.
