On November 24, 2024, students majoring in Real Estate from the Faculty of Finance and Banking participated in a hands-on experience program at a Social Housing Project in Tay Ninh, organized in collaboration with Hoang Quan Real Estate - Finance - Education Corporation. This program helps students to engage in practical exposure, learning, and applying knowledge about social housing to real-world professional scenarios.
More than 30 students majoring in Real Estate had the opportunity to join the field trip to the Golden City Project - a prominent and promising development in Tay Ninh province.
Representative of Hoang Quan Group, Mr. Nguyen Khuong - Sales Director of the Golden City Tay Ninh project, shared useful information about the industry and social housing projects. In addition, the group also listened to experts present about the important role of social housing in solving housing needs in Vietnam. These insights not only expanded the students' knowledge but also inspired empathy and a sense of responsibility toward the community.
This trip was more than an opportunity to explore current real estate development models, it also provided students with a deeper understanding of balancing economic benefits with social responsibility in real estate development.
It is hoped that through this practical experience at the Social Housing Project in collaboration with Hoang Quan Corporation, students from Van Lang University’s Real Estate major gained a clearer understanding of the processes involved in constructing, promoting, and managing a real estate project. This exposure aims to nurture and sustainably develop their passion for this field.
