REQUIRED APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

Applicants for the Master's program at Van Lang University must prepare the following documents:

  • Application form (according to the provided template)
  • Curriculum Vitae (according to the provided template)
  • Two notarized copies of the undergraduate degree or temporary graduation certificate
    (*) Note: If applying after transferring from a college to a university, please include two notarized copies of the college graduation certificate.
  • Two notarized copies of the undergraduate transcript
    (*) Note: If applying after transferring from a college to a university, please include two notarized copies of the college transcript.
  • Two notarized copies of the Master's degree (if applicable)
  • Two notarized copies of the Master's transcript (if applicable)
  • 01 notarized copy of any diploma or certificate for a degree conversion (if applicable)
  • 01 notarized copy of any foreign language proficiency certificate (if applicable)
  • 01 health check certificate (valid within six months)
  • 01 notarized copy of the birth certificate
  • 01 notarized copy of the Citizen ID card
  • 06 3x4 passport-size photos (according to the provided template)
  • 01 copy of the application fee receipt

Step 2: Submit your application in person or by post to the Graduate Institute.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FEE

Applicants must pay the application fee or tuition fees directly at the Accounting Office or transfer the fee to the university's account, as detailed below:

*Note:

  • The university does not refund application fees under any circumstances. Fees for supplementary courses, English test preparation, and English entrance exam fees are only refundable if the student submits a withdrawal request with a valid reason before the class commencement announcement.
  • After receiving the admission notification, candidates should complete their tuition fee payment within 4 to 5 weeks as specified in the notification.
