Vietnam Packaging Industry Conference - Young Packaging Awards 2025

On December 5, 2024, the Vietnam Packaging Association (VINPAS) in collaboration with Van Lang University organized the "Vietnam Packaging Industry Conference - Young Packaging Awards 2025" - a platform for young people passionate about creativity in the packaging industry.

At the conference, VINPAS experts shared with students an overview of the Vietnamese packaging industry market, along with discussion topics: Vietnam's packaging industry and global packaging trends; The power of packaging and the secrets to attracting customers.

The speakers provided students with extensive knowledge about the functions, applications, classification, and design process of packaging. In particular, when designing packaging, it is important to understand the characteristics of the product, research the market and target customers. Additionally, mastering product preservation standards and the packaging features that consumers prioritize also plays a crucial role in creating effective and attractive packaging.

The speakers discussed the power of packaging in communication, product promotion, brand development and recognition, current packaging design trends, aiming to increase personalization and consumer experience.

Furthermore, the conference introduced students to the "Young Packaging Awards 2025," held for the first time, to create opportunities for young people to develop talents linked to practical business production. With the slogan "Green Packaging for a Green Earth," the competition promises to become a creative playground where young people can showcase their design talents and spread the message of environmental protection through unique, nature-friendly packaging ideas.
