VLU's Faculty of Foreign Languages collaborates with IELTS MEISTER Language Center

(VLU, 05/6/2023) - At the beginning of June 2023, VLU's Foreign Languages officially partnered with IELTS MEISTER Language Center, which aims to help students enhance their language proficiency, create practical internship opportunities, establish connections with businesses, and provide professional job opportunities for graduates.

The signing ceremony took place at Campus 1 - Van Lang University (45 Nguyen Khac Nhu Street, Ward Co Giang, District 1) in the presence of the heads of the two institutions (The Faculty of Foreign Languages and IELTS MEISTER Language Center). During the meeting, Dr. Phan The Hung, Head of VLU's Faculty of Foreign Languages, stated: "The implementation of collaborations between VLU's Faculty of Foreign Languages and businesses is essential in our journey to strengthen the quality of education and provide high-quality human resources to society. Through this collaboration with IELTS MEISTER Language Center, we hope our students will gain new and exciting experiences in their learning process. Additionally, lecturers can share their practical expertise and develop more useful teaching strategies."

IELTS MEISTER Language Center has kindly given a scholarship worth 10 million Vietnamese dongs to the Study Encouragement Fund of VLU's Faculty of Foreign Languages to jumpstart this fruitful collaboration, inspire the academic spirit of Foreign Languages students, and support students facing financial difficulties in pursuing their university dreams.

Based on the partnership's mutually agreed-upon goals, VLU's Faculty of Foreign Languages and the IELTS MEISTER Language Center will work together to create training projects, offer internship opportunities, provide high-quality human resources, and develop academic exchange activities for students.
