Quality Assuarance

Quality Assurance (QA) is a continuous process of evaluating (assessing, monitoring, guaranteering, maintaining, and improving) the quality of the University and its programs. Quality Assurance encompasses all policies, procedures, and actions through which quality is measured, maintained, and developed.

Quality assurance (QA) and quality improvement (QI) are two inseparable processes that help the University develop a quality culture and gain the support of stakeholders (students, lecturers, leaders, managers, alumni and employers).

Quality Policy of Van Lang University

1. Enhance the position of the University in the education and training system in Vietnam, the region, and the globe;

2. Ensure and continuously increase the satisfaction of all stakeholders;

3. Systematically and continuously improve the quality of all activities within the University.
